RETURN POLICY:

All online orders are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

CUSTOMER PICKUP: 

If you are a local customer and select "Customer Pickup" at checkout all orders are final sale no returns or exchanges in the store. Please pick your order up within 5 business days.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

What shipping provider do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

What is the cost of shipping?

- 1 Item $7.75

- 2 to 4 Items $15.05

- All face mask ship $5-$6 flat rate

Free standard shipping on orders over $100.

All orders over $100.00 will require a signature upon delivery.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Shipping usually takes between 2-3 business days depending on your location.

Following credit authorization, orders placed before 10:30am EST will ship same day. Orders placed after 10:30am EST will ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday. Orders are shipped from Boston, MA. 

What should I do if I don't receive my order or using the tracking # its says my items has been delivered and its not in my mailbox? 

When ordering please make sure your shipping address is correct. Archangel Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once packages are delivered to the USPS location. In the rare event your package has been lost, or stolen please contact USPS directly at (1.800.ASK.USPS) or (1.800.275.8777).
